Guaranteed products & refunds

  • Once the order is confirmed and the account offered and activated, we do NOT offer return or refund, because of the IPTV account code, we cannot sell it.
  • The products have a 12 month warranty period during which LUX IPTV PLUS replaces or reimburses any damage or malfunction of the product caused by the manufacturer of the product.
  • If we are unable to deliver for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
  • If you have received an incorrect product or the key code has not been activated, a refund/replacement is possible.
  • If the key code cannot be activated for some unknown reason, contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and a refund/replacement is possible.
  • If you are having difficulty with the product you have purchased, contact us first with a description of your problem along with screenshots or photos taken by a digital camera to give us a clear idea to assess the situation. We have technicians on our team who will help you install and activate your software. Your order will be eligible for a refund in the rare circumstances where our support staff cannot resolve the issue.
