Guaranteed products & refunds
Once the order is confirmed and the account offered and activated, we do NOT offer return or refund, because of the IPTV account code, we cannot sell it.
The products have a 12 month warranty period during which LUX IPTV PLUS replaces or reimburses any damage or malfunction of the product caused by the manufacturer of the product.
If we are unable to deliver for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
If you have received an incorrect product or the key code has not been activated, a refund/replacement is possible.
If the key code cannot be activated for some unknown reason, contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and a refund/replacement is possible.
If you are having difficulty with the product you have purchased, contact us first with a description of your problem along with screenshots or photos taken by a digital camera to give us a clear idea to assess the situation. We have technicians on our team who will help you install and activate your software. Your order will be eligible for a refund in the rare circumstances where our support staff cannot resolve the issue.
